In 1986, the founder of Miller Injury Attorneys, John C. Miller, Jr., received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He then obtained his Juris Doctor (law degree) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1989.

Experience as a Former Insurance Defense Attorney

Possessing a comprehensive knowledge of personal injury, Mr. Miller began his career as an insurance defense lawyer. For the past 15 years, however, he has dedicated himself to prosecuting cases on behalf of injured plaintiffs in Sacramento. His previous work for the insurance companies and their clients, including being partner in a large, well-known insurance defense law firm, has provided him with invaluable insight regarding the prosecution of plaintiff’s cases against them.

Admitted to practice law in California since 1989, Mr. Miller is a member of:

Mr. Miller serves as a settlement conference judge and mediator for a number of California counties. Attorney Miller is also a pioneer in toxic mold cases.
